Adipsic diabetes insipidus following pituitary surgery for a macroprolactinoma

Adipsic diabetes insipidus (ADI) is a rare condition which has been reported following clipping of anterior communicating artery aneurysms, craniopharyngioma and brain trauma, but not with pituitary adenoma.
